Semi Private Personal Training takes the fun and support of large group classes and combines it with the personalization and attentiveness of 1-on-1 personal training.
Traditional personal training costs upwards of $90+ per hour and requires you to be locked into one trainer and has much less flexibility.
At Orca, we believe, that elite training shouldn’t just be for the uber rich.
Our flagship semi-private approach allows for the same personalized workouts and coaching, tailored to your goals and lifestyle, but for half the cost, with a lot more flexibility.
It was created so that our clients (like you) could have an affordable solution to building strength, lean muscle and feeling the absolute best every day possible.
The groups have between 4-8 people with coaches making structured and adaptable monthly programs (we adjust to the individual) as well as over-seeing every part of the training so it’s safe, effective, fun and challenging and you’ll never get bored.
We’ve found that a combination of strength training and conditioning (plus nutrition and lifestyle changes that we coach you) is the fastest way to create and maintain results.
1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Just you and your coach for 30 or 60 minute sessions as often as you need.
If you are new to exercise, this is a great introduction to progress to class speed with confidence and safety.
If you are someone who is currently active, this program is for when you want a little extra "cherry on top" to your current workouts.
STRETCH & FOAM ROLLING SESSIONS
30 minute 1-on-1 sessions designed to help you de-stress, decrease pain and stiffness in your body.
We prescribe at-home movements, postures and routines you can add to your day with just a few minutes when its convenient for you.
Your body is your vehicle to enjoy life, and it should feel, move and perform its best!
This is perfect for anyone who needs help feeling less stiff or tight, recovering from injuries, or looking to be proactive and avoid overuse injuries.
Offered in packs of 5 and 10 sessions for your benefit.
YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Incorporating smart strength & conditioning to their routine will increase performance and help them love being healthy.
Benefits such as boosting confidence & self esteem, excelling in sport, as well as developing healthy habits as a base for the rest of their lives are associated with adding fitness into their routine.
This program enhances their athletic abilities, and gets them motivated to stay healthy for a lifetime.
For athletes, we offer 1-on-1 sessions, Full Team Workout Programs, & Age Group classes during the year.
