After nagging injuries and imbalances began to affect his quality of life, Sean adopted a mindful approach to movement. Coach Sean believes by engaging with movement  and exercise on a deeper level than just sweating and pumping your muscles. Focusing your attention on what the body is actually feeling and doing in that moment will open so many new doors for you connect to how and what you are feeling. This delivers a more rewarding training session, but more importantly, promotes living better everyday because you look, feel, and act more in touch with yourself! You have all of the tools you need with you right now, let me guide and teach you how to use them to your advantage to feel physically free and ready for any challenge life throws your way.

Ken began with a literature degree and then moved towards his passion of helping people by gaining my degree in Exercise Science. It was an instant connection between your current state of being and what you have not discovered about yourself just yet.

The body is an exciting catalyst for change, which is what inspired me to open this "gym". All of our coaches here at Orca Empire continue to learn and get new certifications every year, and Ken is passionate about challenging his students in all areas of their lives, not just fitness.
