WHAT TYPES OF SESSIONS DO YOU DO HERE?


Small Group Personal Training, our most popular service, gives you a balance of the ideal fitness plan. Each week you are exposed to 5 types of sessions: Strong (strength training) Sweat (conditioning/HIIT training) Skills (mastery focused) Hybrid (OCR/athletic) Yoga (rejuvinate/mobility) Throughout the year, we host a variety of events for our members such as fitness challenges, workshops, runs, hikes, presentations, and other social events




WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES OR CAN'T DO CERTAIN THINGS?


We focus on what you CAN DO & work on the rest. We are with you constantly to find safe and effective modifications of movements to enhance your abilities & reach goals.




DO YOU WORK WITH ATHLETES OR SPORTS TEAMS?


Yes. We currently work with athletes ranging from age 8 through college level. Depending on their age and sport specificity, this will influence the type of training we do. Our premier strength and performance program is for anyone looking to improve their general strength and athletic ability—including speed & agility. We focus on the sport, as well as a healthy balance of reducing overuse injuries

Absolutely! And beyond that, we take it upon ourselves to continue education every year.

We also consider ourselves an educational company and love to help our clients understand and learn about programming, exercise, and anatomy.




WILL I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK TO WORKOUT?


As of the current regulations with the World Health Organization and the CDC, masks will be optional here.
Our team encourages those who prefer to wear them to continue doing so, however, they will no longer be required. Please do whatever makes you feel the most comfortable.




HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?


Results take time, and they are worth the wait. The programs devloped here provide you with a long term health, fitness & nutrition plan to obtain results, AND sustain them for years and years to come!
